These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases of tea and related accessories (collectively, "Products") made through our online store (the "Site"), operated by K.K. Imamura Kikaku. ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("you" or "Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
Article 2. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
- The Site is intended exclusively for Customers located outside Japan. We do not accept orders for delivery to any address within Japan.
- By ordering, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and (b) purchasing Products for personal use or legitimate gift purposes, not for resale.
Article 3. Orders and Contract Formation
- All orders are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order —for example, when inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or the destination is restricted.
- Once you placed an order, you cannot cancel it under any circumstances.
- A binding contract arises only when we email a Shipping Confirmation or otherwise dispatch the Products.
- Order summaries and confirmation emails are provided in English. Please retain them for your records.
Article 4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
- Prices shown on the Site are quoted in the currency selected at checkout and exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes or duties.
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees assessed by the destination country.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is debited upon order placement.
- We strive for price accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order.
Article 5. Shipping and Delivery
- Available shipping options, estimated transit times, and charges are displayed at checkout. Transit times are estimates only.
- We are not liable for delay or non‑delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or force‑majeure events.
Article 6. Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the first carrier.
Article 7. Returns and Refunds
- Because tea is a perishable product, all sales are final except where required by applicable consumer‑protection laws or where the Product arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect Product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Article 8. Product Information and Quality
- We endeavor to describe Products accurately; however, natural variations in color, size, and flavor profile are inherent to agricultural goods.
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority.
- Allergens: Our facility processes only Camellia sinensis tea leaves and no common food allergens; however, trace environmental exposure cannot be entirely excluded.
Article 9. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, and other content on the Site are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. No content may be reproduced without our prior written consent.
Article 10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to (a) use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose; (b) access or use the Site to harm or interfere with its operation; (c) resell Products without our written authorization.
Article 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Article 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party right.
Article 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing herein limits any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Article 14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
