Our tea comes from a small family-run farm in the mountains of Yame, Fukuoka — a region with a long tradition of tea cultivation. We offer both classic sencha and our distinctive lightly withered sencha.
2Our Tea
- From the mountains of Yame — Grown in tea fields at an elevation of approximately 600 meters.
- Naturally grown — Cultivated without the use of synthetic pesticides.
- Something beyond ordinary sencha — Alongside classic sencha, we offer a distinctive lightly withered sencha, gently wilted to bring out its unique aroma and character.
